Terms and Conditions


Questionable Weather Policy

This weather policy has been implemented by Glacier Air in order to inform tour and charter clients of the challenges of operating during questionable weather.

While Glacier Air will do everything in its power to safely operate all flights, customers have to be made aware of the unpredictability of mountain weather and cloud patterns. Glacier Air cannot guarantee Glacier Landings or what can or cannot be seen on scenic viewing flights during questionable weather situations. Tour and Charter flights will not be conducted when the weather is below VFR flight conditions. Glacier Air reserves the right to alter routes, postpone or cancel flights due to weather conditions. All charter clients should phone Glacier Air 24 hours prior to and 2 hours prior to departure date and time for updated weather briefing (1-800-265-0088). If your flight is cancelled due to weather conditions and cannot be rescheduled, your deposit will be refunded in full (if applicable).


Cancellation Policy

Occasionally, flights must be cancelled due to poor weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control. If charter flights are cancelled the following conditions for deposit refund apply:

  1. Cancellation of flights made by Glacier Air due to poor weather conditions or other circumstances will be refunded in full.
  2. Cancellations of charter flights made within 48 hours of flight will receive a 50% refund of deposit.
  3. Cancellations of charter flights made within 24 hours of the flight will not receive a deposit refund.
  4. Glacier Air will consider providing a full refund of deposit under special circumstances.

No Show Fee

$50 will be charged to the credit card that made the reservation if the guest(s) do not show up for the tour.


Late Arrival

If the guest(s) arrive late to the airport there is no guarantee the flight will still be available.


Limitations and Liabilities

All U-Fly pilots must hold a valid Private Pilot License (or higher) from an ICAO recognized country and have passed a medical exam. Proof of valid license and medical exam required upon booking flight.


Terms of Payment

A valid credit card must be provided for all flight reservations and a 50% deposit payable to C. Morin Aviation (BC) Inc. d/b Glacier Air may be required for charter booking. Full payment is required upon commencement of each flight or invoicing payable as per contract agreements. Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Canadian currency accepted. US currency exchange rate will vary with current bank rates
